About the Position:
We are seeking a professional Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance the HR Department's success in meeting Pureflow's business objectives by effectively coordinating and driving recruiting and staffing. Focus includes all recruiting needs (hourly/salaried, exempt/non-exempt, non-management/management positions) for each department and all branch locations. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator's objective is to recruit top-quality employees in a time-sensitive environment. In this role, you will:
Job Responsibilities:
Primary job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Works with management to define job qualifications and writes job descriptions
Posts openings and advertises in multiple media venues, as needed
Prescreens job candidates and conducts preliminary interviews
Performs pre-hire due-diligence steps (i.e., administers skills tests and profiles, conducts background and reference checks, etc.)
Assists management with conducting interviews
Maintains recruiting dashboard and databases
Markets Pureflow to potential employees and explains benefits as well as company expectations
Networks within the community and may participate in job fairs
Travels to branch locations to assist with recruiting, as requested
Drafts employment offers, with management input, and arranges (post offer) drug tests
Provides exceptional service to all Pureflow employees and managers at all levels of the organization
Provides additional HR support, as requested
Performs other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of the legal aspects of recruitment and selection
Sensitivity to confidential matters is required; exercises discernment and appropriate confidentiality
Works under limited supervision and exercises considerable initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, candidates, and outside vendors, with a high level of professionalism
Outstanding communication skills, includes telephone and in person
Excels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure; remains flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; strong Internet research skills
Ability to travel up to 2 nights/month based on a yearly average
5 or more years of experience in professional recruiting
BS/BA in related field and PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP certification a plus
Working Conditions: Usual office working conditions; travel will be necessary. Normal office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; additional hours will be necessary at times.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
